The Finance Manager is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing comprehensive financial oversight and support. The Finance Manager is responsible for developing forecast models, consolidating and reviewing annual budgets, analyzing customer and location level profitability, implementing process improvement initiatives. This role involves managing various management and executive reports, driving annual planning and monthly forecasting, and analysis that supports customer level profitability. Additionally, the Finance Manager will deliver critical analytics to support business growth opportunities, collaborate closely with division operating companies to achieve the financial objectives of the organization, and provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to drive business decision making. The Finance Manager will manage, lead and develop a staff of 2-4 Finance Analysts and/or Senior Finance Analysts. Candidates must be prepared for a highly matrixed organization requiring excellent communication skills to all levels of the organization, time management and ability to perform advanced independent analysis. Finance manager will partner cross-functionally throughout organization and provide analytical support to Sr. Director Finance and Segment CFO.

$110,000 - $130,000 base salary 30% annual incentive potential

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leadership of FP&A staff and driving learning and development
- Oversee the preparation of monthly reporting and analysis packages, utilizing TM1 ERP
- Support the operating companies and sales leadership organizations in the development of the annual operating plan including full P&L, capital expenditure and working capital estimates
- Oversee the preparation of various executive financial review packages and presentations supporting Vistar CFO
- Evaluate financial and operational results and provide financial insights to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization on profitability, risks and opportunities
- Review and auditing various financial data and files
- Drive process improvement initiatives and oversight of ad hoc projects
- Liaise with senior leaders and members of the Sales/Ops organizations, cultivating and growing cross-functional business partnerships throughout organization
- Leverage critical thinking abilities to evaluate business performance and provide relevant financial analytics leveraging operational and financial systems to develop executive ready analysis that support decision making
- Other related duties as assigned'
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field
- 7 years Corporate FP&A experience with advanced financial modeling skills, which must include budgeting, forecasting and both revenue and expense support
- 4 years supervising team of Finance/Sr Finance Analysts
