Marketing Intern

The Vistal Marketing team is looking for a part-time intern to join the team during the 2026-2027 school year.

The Marketing Intern will work alongside our in-house marketing team to support content creation, brand initiatives, and creative projects across our parent company and subsidiary companies. Operating much like an internal marketing agency, our team supports multiple brands and industries, giving interns hands-on exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines. From social media and website management to event marketing, internal communications, and brand development, this internship offers the opportunity to explore many aspects of the marketing profession while building valuable real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Marketing Support:

• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, presentations, and email communications.
• Support social media and blog content efforts by helping create content, schedule posts, and monitor performance.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, email marketing, and analytics.
• Provide support and materials for conferences, client events, trade shows, and internal employee events.
  
  

Administrative And Organizational Tasks

• Update company intranet with news posts, employee recognition, company celebrations, and other announcements.
• Conduct research for marketing resources, vendors, and industry trends (photographers, printers, promotional products, signage companies, etc.).
• Upload, organize, tag, and archive digital assets within company systems.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative and contributing ideas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
