Catering Supplier Manager (U.S. & Caribbean)

We are now seeking a Catering Supplier Manager (U.S. & Caribbean) to oversee and grow our supplier network, ensuring world-class catering for our clients across this region. Salary Range $90,000-$120,000

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with catering suppliers across the U.S. & Caribbean.
• Negotiate agreements to ensure consistency, quality, and value.
• Oversee supplier performance, audits, and compliance with Vista’s standards.
• Partner with the Private Dining Team to support catering logistics for flights.
• Anticipate regional challenges and ensure seamless catering delivery, even during peak periods.
• Identify new suppliers, drive service improvements, and expand our catering network.
• Resolve quality or service issues swiftly to protect the client experience.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Strong experience in supplier management, procurement, or catering operations (aviation, luxury hospitality, or high-end events preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and ensure consistent service standards.
• A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and client-first mindset.
• Flexibility to travel within the U.S. and Caribbean as required.
