Vistabeam needs a Teammate in our Scottsbluff office! Our Customer Care Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide capable, empathetic, and friendly support to our Vistabeam community of internet subscribers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Vistabeam Customer Care Specialist position will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and properly distributing them
- Greeting and assisting walk-In customers
- Quality of service calls
- Confirmation calls
- Digital customer response
- Receiving deliveries
- Additional administrative support
