What You’ll Do
- Source and attract high-caliber financial advisor candidates through networking, social media, referrals, and industry outreach.
- Build authentic relationships — online and in person — to generate a strong pipeline of prospective advisors.
- Manage the full recruiting process from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Partner with multiple leaders across Vista Wealth Solutions’ regional offices — each with unique styles and priorities — to align recruiting efforts with business goals.
- Craft compelling stories that communicate the value and rewards of building a financial advisory practice with Vista Wealth Solutions.
- Stay resilient through the natural highs and lows of recruiting for a performance-based career, maintaining focus and enthusiasm every step of the way.
- A persuasive communicator who connects easily and builds trust quickly.
- Energized by networking and relationship-building, both online and face-to-face.
- Organized and accountable, able to manage multiple searches and stakeholders at once.
- Confident, positive, and adaptable — you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same.
- Experience in recruiting, business development, or sales (especially in financial services or professional industries) is a plus.
