What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and risk tolerance
- Develop and present personalized financial strategies spanning investments, insurance, and planning
- Recommend appropriate financial products and solutions aligned to each client's long-term objectives
- Deliver an exceptional, relationship-first client experience at every touchpoint
Skills & Attributes
- Self-driven and self-motivated — you take initiative and hold yourself accountable
- Open to coaching and committed to continuous growth and development
- Genuine desire to help others and make a meaningful impact on clients' financial lives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated track record of success

- Life, Accident & Health license to start
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (support provided)
