Compensation:
$75,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with personalized strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer clients the most current advice and services.
- Collaborate with our team to create innovative financial plans that align with clients' life stages and aspirations.
- Educate clients on investment options, risk management, and wealth-building strategies to empower informed decision-making.
- Utilize our resources and tools to enhance client engagement and deliver exceptional service.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their financial portfolios and achieve their objectives more efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Business mindset with a drive to build and grow a client base business
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Interested in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial security.
- Life and Health licenses or FINRA registrations preferred, or a willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
