Responsibilities
- Source apartments, townhomes, and detached residences
- Negotiate lease agreements and landlord obligations
- Coordinate security, safety, and facility inspections
- Manage housing-related documentation and reporting
- Coordinate maintenance and landlord response activities
- Monitor lease compliance and property conditions
- Facilitate move-in and move-out processes
- Maintain strong relationships with local landlords and property managers
- Professional fluency in Polish and English
- Knowledge of the Kraków rental market
- Experience in residential leasing or relocation services
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Licensed Real Estate Agent, Property Manager, or equivalent professional certification
- Experience supporting embassy, diplomatic, expatriate, relocation, or corporate housing programs
- Familiarity with furnished housing, lease administration, and vendor management
- Experience coordinating property inspections, maintenance activities, and landlord negotiations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
