RESPPIRATORY THERAPY MANAGER

Respiratory Therapy Manager Summary:
Directs therapeutic patient care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and direction of the medical staff. Responsible for the administration of oxygen, therapeutic gas, and mist inhalation to patients in accordance with physicians orders.
Radiology Manager Summary:
Performs all imaging procedures within the scope of their training and/or licensure. The Radiology Manager collaborates with the facility leadership
and Medical Director for oversight of effective and cost effective provision of the imaging services department, accountability for safe quality patient care, and strategic planning for the department to align with Vista Specialty Hospital's mission, vision and values. The Radiology Manager oversees and
performs clinical functions, which include routine x-rays, ultrasound, echocardiograms, diagnostic catheterization procedures and future modalities. The Radiology Manager adheres to radiation safety practices while administering ionizing radiation (X-Rays) to patients in order to achieve satisfactory diagnostic quality images in accordance with the ALARA principles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Administration.
Licenses/Certification:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Current state licensure.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications.
- ACLS instructor preferred
- Must maintain currency of NBRC and BCLS/ACLS Certifications and State license.
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in diagnostic imaging. One (1) year experience in
inpatient hospital setting preferred. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years of previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services.
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
