Occupational Therapist Job Summary:
In this key role on our Rehabilitation therapy team, an Occupational Therapist assesses referred patients, ranging in age from 18 years to older who are in need of innovative and highly skilled occupational therapy treatments in Inpatient Rehabilitation hospital/units. Responsible to provide direct patient care to assess functioning in activities of everyday living and are essential for independent living. To establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patients capacity and tolerance under the direction of a Physician. Educates patients and families in appropriate occupational therapy methods.
Qualifications:Education:

Degree from an accredited school Occupational Therapy program
Licenses/Certification:

Must maintain current Provider BLS/CPR certification throughout employment
Experience:

At least 6 months experience directly related to duties and responsibilities
