Supervisor of Rental Maintenance and Property Management.

Start right away as a Supervisor of our Maintenance staff/vendors and part-tim Property Mangement. We manage rentals in South King and Pierce County. This is mostly an office/computer job with an occasional property visit that would require your reliable/insured vehicle, mileage reimbursed. Property Management skills required along with Fair housing knowledge. No technical maintenance skills need for this position. This is not a maintenance position. 

Requirements:

* Skilled at Microsoft programs

* Great communication skills

* Scheduling staff and vendors

* Securing bids for property owners

* Working closely with Property Managers and Accounting

* Creating move-out dispositions
