What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Porperty Manager position at Vista Property Management?
Skilled Property Manager needed right away. Join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of Pierce County rentals. Including showings, screening applicants, writing leases, inspections, move-ins/move-outs and repairs requests. Our goal every day is to comply with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all laws and regulations governing housing.
Candidate must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a full service Property Manager of private homes and apartments. Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus.

High School diploma or Equivalent
2 Years Property Management Experience- Required
Fair Housing Knowledge- Required
Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends or on-call after hours
