What You'll Do:
- Ensure the highest quality food and nutritional services in alignment with established procedures
- Oversee budgeting and inventory management for the kitchen
- Plan and develop menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and preferences
- Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Manage kitchen staffing, including scheduling and supervision
- Provide high-quality service to residents, employees, and guests
- Support the overall well-being of senior residents through quality meal preparation
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Must be certified in Food Handling according to state guidelines or be willing to become certified
- Supervisory experience preferred.Must possess training and work experience in culinary field
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
