The Role

Vista is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of the billing and accounts receivable processes. This includes billing of state agencies, such as DDS, and private payers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all invoices for services are processed in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate and complete monthly billing records and reports.
• Answer questions from internal and external stakeholders regarding billing and accounts receivable.
• Update and maintain billing records and accounts.
• Compile data for monthly submission to state agencies using their billing systems.
• Prepare invoices for privately funded services.
• Analyze data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly data for Electronic Visitation Verification (EVV) system.
• Oversee collections process and send out timely reminders when needed.
• Track and bill transportation services.
• Communicate with vendors, staff, students, families on issues relating to billing and accounts receivable.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma plus 2-3 years of related experience in billing or accounts receivable accounting.
• Experience billing state agencies, insurance companies or similar entities.
• Experience using billing and/or tuition management software.
• Experience tracking accounts receivables in an accounting system.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay Range: $22.44–$32.31 per hour. Starting pay is expected to range from $24.04–$28.84 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
