Join our vibrant adventure park team as a Vista Lago Adventure Park Zip Line and Ropes Course Tour Guide! In this energetic role, you will lead guests through exhilarating zip line rides and challenging ropes course experiences, ensuring their safety while delivering an unforgettable outdoor adventure. Duties
- Lead guests safely through zip line courses and ropes course activities, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Offer engaging commentary and public speaking to enhance the guest experience, sharing interesting facts about the park’s features and safety procedures.
- Assist guests with equipment fitting, harnessing, and understanding safety gear before their adventure begins.
- Manage guest flow efficiently to minimize wait times while maintaining high safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring guests feel confident and excited about their experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment and safety stations to uphold park standards.
