POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining equipment and keeping machinery operational. The Maintenance Tech makes repairs and performs maintenance, while practicing safety awareness and minimizing risks.
POSITION DETAILS
- · Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and performs scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment during machine service.
- · Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions and engineering specifications and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
- · Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
- · Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
