- Resolve maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders efficiently.
- Ensure that property and equipment are maintained safely, adhering to manufacturer specifications for repairs.
- Service the hotel’s pool, including cleaning, maintaining appearance, and balancing chemicals, while completing maintenance logs.
- Maintain the exterior of the building, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Complete maintenance logs thoroughly, ensuring accurate documentation of work performed.
- Follow and maintain the preventative maintenance program, addressing scheduled maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assist with periodic or scheduled cleaning projects as required.
- Support other departments when needed and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
