We are currently looking to add 1 more representative to our call center here in West Springfield. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
Job duties include:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Work with the newest technology platforms and Chatgpt
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
- We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
Must be dependable, have a great phone voice, and have a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
