- Oversee and perform maintenance of resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
- Conduct repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to emergency maintenance needs
- Maintain clean and functional facilities to promote quality of life for our residents
- Complete administrative maintenance documentation and communicate with facility leadership
- Lead and support a maintenance team (if applicable), setting a strong example in work ethic and accountability
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of maintenance experience preferred (long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and carry out physically demanding tasks
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented professional
