Dental Lab Technician – All-on-X Clinic
Location: Vancouver, WA

Compensation: $75,000 annual salary performance-based bonuses
About Us
We are a high-volume, digitally driven dental implant practice specializing in All-on-X / full-arch implant reconstruction.
We are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician to join our in-house lab team. This position is primarily focused on the production, finishing, and characterization of All-on-X temporary and final restorations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital dental lab environment and has hands-on experience with 3D printing, zirconia milling, finishing, staining, and full-arch implant restorations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage 3D printers used to produce All-on-X temporary restorations
- Prepare printed restorations for post-processing, including cleaning and curing
- Finish, contour, polish, and stain 3D-printed All-on-X temporary restorations
- Prepare digital files for zirconia milling using HyperDent CAM software
- Nest and prepare full-arch zirconia restorations for milling
- Operate and monitor dental milling equipment
- Manage zirconia sintering workflows
- Finish, contour, characterize, stain, and glaze full-arch zirconia restorations
- Evaluate restorations for proper fit, contacts, occlusion, esthetics, and overall quality
- Perform final quality-control checks before restorations are delivered to the clinical team
- Maintain 3D printers, milling equipment, furnaces, and other laboratory equipment
- Maintain an organized and efficient digital lab workflow
- Coordinate closely with the doctors, dental assistants, and clinical team to meet patient treatment schedules
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience as a Dental Lab Technician
- Experience with 3D printing dental restorations
- Experience finishing and staining printed temporary restorations
- Experience with zirconia milling and full-contour zirconia restorations
- Experience finishing, staining, glazing, and characterizing zirconia
- Familiarity with dental CAM software and digital manufacturing workflows
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of esthetic quality
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with All-on-X / full-arch implant restorations
- Experience with HyperDent CAM software
- Experience with high-volume implant or full-arch laboratory workflows
- Understanding of full-arch occlusion, tissue contours, and prosthetic esthetics
