Job Summary: A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement), ICILA (Intermittent CILA), and Home-Based Services Supervisor manages residential and community support programs for adults with developmental disabilities. Key duties include staff supervision, client care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Access. ? Knowledge of telephone protocol. ? Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. ? Strong organizational skills. ? Familiarity with Illinois state mental health, developmental disabilities,
aging, youth, and legislative agencies are highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license & clean background check.
Must be able to obtain CPR/ First Aid Certification.
QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) status may be
required depending on program funding.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct care or supervisory experience working
with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Education:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business related field, or 5 years of experience in an administrative or related capacity.
