IntroductionVisium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Airport Facilities Quality Control position. This position is a direct hire opportunity which is expected to be on-site at MCO International Airport (Terminal B).SummaryAt MCO airport the QC Inspector will be responsible for upholding quality standards and processes to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of airport facilities. They will conduct daily inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and engage with customers to address any quality concerns. The role involves analyzing data, providing training to janitors / supervisors / leads, and communicating findings effectively to management. Responsibilities - Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Identify opportunities for improvement and address quality concerns promptly. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and address any quality issues. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth within the quality control process. - Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Generate reports and distribute them to relevant personnel and clients. - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing productivity and maintaining quality. - Stay updated on industry trends and ensure quality processes align with current standards. Physical Demands : The Quality Control position is a physically demanding position.
