What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting patients with communication, cognition, and daily function under the guidance of an SLP.
- Providing in-home care that’s personalized — not pulled from a dusty template.
- Keeping documentation efficient and sane in our user-friendly EMR.
- Communicating with patients, families, and your clinical team to keep care smooth and effective.
- Problem-solving in the field (possibly while being judged by a very small dog).

Requirements
Need To Have:
- SLPA license in Massachusetts
- 1 year of experience (or the confidence of someone who learns fast)
- Work well independently but never want to feel like you’re on an island
- Can handle an EMR without emotional damage
- Have reliable transportation and a road-trip-worthy playlist
- Afternoon availability
Nice To Have:
- Home care experience
- Monday - Friday availability
