What You'll Do
As a Home Care COTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:Need to have:
* Current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy (COTA) license
* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
* Afternoon availability
Nice to Have:
* Previous home care experience
* Monday–Friday availability
