Let’s be honest — you didn’t become a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) just to count reps and chase paperwork. You’re here to help people regain independence, one adaptive technique at a time. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we’re clinician-owned, which means we actually understand what it’s like in the field. No micromanaging, no mileage mystery math — just real support, flexible schedules, and a team that gets it.
We’re growing fast (on purpose), and we’re looking for a Per Diem COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) in the Springfield residential area of Massachusetts who are ready to ditch the cookie-cutter hours and make a difference — without burning out.
