Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home healthcare team in LOCATION, Massachusetts.

Your Role as a Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with VRNS, you’ll provide skilled nursing services directly in patients’ homes. You’ll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote health, independence, and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing wound care
- Managing and administering medications
- Providing catheter care
- Supporting diabetic patients with care and education
- Monitoring overall wellness and changes in condition
- Providing disease-management education
- Following up with patients after physician appointments
- Identifying and ordering necessary medical supplies
- Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation

Requirements
Need to have:
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Afternoon availability
Nice to Have:
- Previous home care experience
- Monday–Friday availability
