We’re searching for an energetic Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians serving the Somerset residential area of Massachusetts.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
(Included, but not limited to)
- Wound care
- Medication management
- Catheter management
- Diabetic care
- Accurate and timely documentation
Visits can range from basic wellness visits to patient education on disease management, follow-ups after MD visits, ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, and more. In other words—variety that keeps your clinical skills sharp and your day interesting.

Requirements
Job Requirements
- Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfort using computers and electronic medical records (EMR)

Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Previous home health or community-based nursing experience
- Experience with wound care, chronic disease management, or catheter care
- A good sense of humor (because healthcare definitely requires one)
- The ability to navigate Massachusetts back roads without Google Maps… but we’ll accept Google Maps too
