What You’ll Do:
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Support meals, feeding, and basic health-related tasks
Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
Communicate with nursing staff and report changes in condition
Document care accurately and follow care plans
What You Bring:
NYS HHA Certificate (required)
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Strong communication and reliability
