Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is seeking an experienced Home Care RN to join our progressive team serving the Upper Northwest Corner - (Canaan, Sharon, Salisbury, Lakeville) area. Schedule: Monday - Friday. Weekend rotation is one weekend every 7 weeks. The Agency utilizes Netsmart for its EMR and adheres to National Best Practice Guidelines for caseload and visit productivity.
