Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is seeking Per Diem RNs to provide home health and hospice visits in Litchfield County and the Farmington Valley.

Candidates must have home health and/or hospice experience caring for patients in the community. A current Connecticut RN license and a minumum of one year home care experience. Knowledge of NetSmart and AllDocs electronic medical record software a plus.
