Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is currently looking for a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years Home Health Aide experience working for a licensed and Medicare Certified Home Health or Hospice agency. Responsibilities include: making visits to patient homes to provide personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing, and assisting the patient with ambulation and transfer activities. Must be flexible, reliable, and possess good organizational and communication skills.
