Our CENA's provide assistance with personal care, activities of daily living and additional duties as delegated by the Registered Nurse in accordance with the plan of care.
Position: CENA Home Health & Hospice - .6 FTE (24 hours/week)
Requirements Include:
- Certified CENA in the State of Michigan
- Valid Michigan Driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- One year of Home Health Care experience preferred.
- BLS CPR Certification
