VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time or part time Case Manager roles.
Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 32 - 40 hours from 8a-4:30p.
Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules.
Territory: Westboro, Marlboro and surrounding towns.
$10,000.00 Sign on Bonus, pro-rated based on schedule.

Requirements:
- Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
- Good standing MA RN License
- 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
