As a Hospice Baylor RN at VNA Health Group, you’ll provide expert nursing care to patients in their homes while enjoying a schedule designed for flexibility and work-life balance. This Baylor position works every Saturday and Sunday, 12-hour shifts, and is paid for 30 hours.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $60,000 to USD $110,000 When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits. What You’ll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide skilled nursing services and coordinate care for patients in their homes.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate patient needs, create individualized care plans, and monitor outcomes.
- Educate and Empower: Support patients and families in understanding treatment plans and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document with Purpose: Maintain accurate, timely documentation through our EMR system.
- Current NJ RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with EMR and digital tools.
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.
- Work primarily in patient homes with occasional office visits.
- Use of clinical equipment, computer, and mobile technology.
- Direct patient and family contact—your care makes the difference.
