In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $70,200.00 to USD $159,171.19. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans based on each child’s unique needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Educate and support families, helping them manage their child’s care confidently at home.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
- 1 year of pediatric or acute care experience (homecare experience a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
