In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $60,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits. - Delivers a high level of customer service to assure positive patient experience
- Completes comprehensive nutritional evaluations on all identified patients per VNAHG policy
- Communication is maintained among team members as well as patient and care givers to ensure ability to implement nutrition plan of care
- Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
- BS in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Experience with culturally diverse population
- Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer experience preferred
- Valid drivers license
