- Current NJ RN License required
- BSN required
- Minimum 2 years of home health/community health experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment.
- Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with your team and patients.
