The PRN RN position responsibilities include:
- Perform client care services including, but not limited to, client assessments and care plan development.
- Help ensure adherence to Virginia Home Care regulations and standards through monitoring of operations practices and procedures.
- Introduce, Instruct and Coach caregivers.
- Report to the Administrator
- Instruct and assess Caregiver's skillset during Orientation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of acute/ skilled or non-skilled home care nursing experience
- Flexible, positive working attitude
- Detailed oriented with strong commitment to client service excellence.
- Current Virginia RN licensure
- Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and ability to learn staff scheduling software
- Flexible, part-time position.
