- Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Implement memory care techniques for clients with cognitive impairments.
- Promote independence while providing necessary support.
