Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketer to join our team at Visiting Angels Home Care. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in College Station and the surrounding areas that enhance our brand's presence, generate leads, and foster community relationships. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

• Create and execute a strategic marketing plan to promote Visiting Angels Home Care's services.
• Identify and target key demographics to generate quality leads and referrals.
• Continuously evaluate and adapt marketing strategies to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance the Visiting Angels Home Care brand by ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external use.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Represent Visiting Angels Home Care at local events, workshops, and conferences.

Performance Analysis:

• Regularly analyze marketing performance and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of various campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare or home care industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
