What You'll Do:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Assign caregivers to clients based on skill, availability, and compatibility
- Maintain accurate, real-time schedule updates
- Communicate promptly regarding shift changes, openings, and case assignments
- Assist with staffing new cases and caregiver introductions
- Monitor open shifts and escalate unresolved coverage needs
Administrative Support
- Manage caregiver/client data in our scheduling software
- Review telephony logs for accuracy (payroll & billing)
- Assist with phone calls, visitors, and general office support
- Generate reports on hours, overtime, and case metrics
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage (as needed)
Lead Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, hands-on in-home care
- Support urgent backup shifts or high-priority cases
- Conduct quality check-ins and report any changes in client condition
- Deliver care according to individualized care plans
Caregiver Mentorship & Training
- Coach and support new and existing caregivers
- Conduct shadow shifts and hands-on training
- Reinforce policies, standards, and caregiving best practices
- Provide feedback to improve caregiver performance
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of professional caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
- Prior scheduling or office coordination experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms (AxisCare/WellSky)
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet compliance requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs as needed
