What You Will Do:

As the Director, you will be at the helm of our Owensboro operation, responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Marketing & Business Development:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build brand recognition and expand market share.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners.

Client Care Leadership:

• Oversee the complete care experience for clients, from onboarding to ongoing service excellence.
• Conduct new patient consultations and annual supervisory visits to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with medical and non-medical institutions to optimize care delivery.

Caregiver Management:

• Recruit, screen, and hire top-tier caregivers to maintain a high standard of service.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.
• Strategically schedule caregiver assignments to meet client needs.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage intake of new clients and oversee all associated follow-ups.
• Handle LTC insurance claims and ensure timely submissions.
• Serve as the on-call contact for after-hours needs, including client sign-ups and caregiver replacement as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a track record of success in leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales management, or operations management.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• A willingness to take ownership, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday
• On-call availability as needed, including nights and weekends
