Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (feeding, bathing, showering, transferring)
- Monitor residents’ safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs, light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment.
- Prepare meals or snacks as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed accurately.
- Document observations meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and care protocols; communicate any concerns or changes to supervising staff immediately.
One-on-One care in a client's home or facility
- App based system for scheduling and time tracking with capability to access weekly pay stubs.
- Get paid easily and effortlessly with weekly direct deposit.
- Choose the area you want to visit, the number of clients you work, and be treated as a values resource to the homecare industry.
Experience
- Active CNA License or HHA Certificate from State-Accredited school
- CPR Certified
- Prior experience in caregiving
- Familiarity with caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities enhances your ability to deliver specialized support.
- Experience working within care plans and adhering to HIPAA standards ensures confidentiality and quality of care.
