Visiting Angels of Vienna, VA is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in‑home client assessments and follow‑up visits in support of our personal care services. This role is ideal for an RN seeking flexible, as‑needed work with meaningful one‑on‑one client interaction in a home care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial in‑home client assessments
- Develop and update Plans of Care
- Complete required follow‑up and supervisory visits (30 / 60 / 90 days as applicable)
- Provide caregiver guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Identify and document changes in client condition
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Virginia
- Home care, geriatric, or community health experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on a PRN/as‑needed schedule
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
- $75 per Initial Assessment
- $50 per Follow‑Up Visit
- (30 / 60 / 90 days based on client condition)
