About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Evening Shift Caregiver to join our team! As an Evening Shift Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide respite care for family members can rest, knowing that their loved one has a caregiver who can help with nighttime assistance.
Preform ADLs Activities of Daily Living including meal prep and light housekeeping, run errands and occasional transportation.
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Provide safety and security measures to prevent falls and injuries
Friendly Companionship
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the healthcare or senior care industry preferred
Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
