Starting Pay: $20/hour - Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit
Schedule: Flexible Daytime Shifts | Weekdays, Weekends, & Holidays Available
About the Role:
Are you someone who finds purpose in caring for others? Visiting Angels - Upland is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in living safely and comfortably at home.
As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized, non-medical support including companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation. Join a team that values your heart, your time, and your commitment to making a difference.
What You'll Do:
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Provide medication reminders
Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support
Transport clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
What You Need:
Must be 18 years old
Valid California Driver’s License (Out-of-state licenses not accepted)
Reliable vehicle current auto insurance (must be listed as insured driver)
Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and DMV check
Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) - we’ll help you register if needed
Negative TB test (we’ll cover the cost if you need one)
Physically able to perform caregiving duties
Flexible availability
Two professional references
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
