-Your Job Duties:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to keep care consistent
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and fit
- Provide on-call support evenings/weekends as needed
- Travel locally to support operations when needed
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with caregivers, clients, and families
- Problem-solve scheduling curveballs with a calm, steady approach
