Make Sure You Qualify First:
- You can reliably commute to Port Orchard
- You're 25 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record (you'll be driving an ADA-accessible van)
- You have caregiving or related experience (preferred – not required!)
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and high-acuity, complex-care, or physically disabled clients is a plus
- You hold a current CNA or HCA certification (not required; we offer training tuition help)
- You're detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently while following care instructions and routines closely
- You're reliable, punctual, and dependable
- You work well with family members and nursing staff as part of the care team

- Mobility, transfers, and Hoyer lift assistance

- Documenting care and communicating updates with family and nursing staff
