This is a leadership role responsible for growing our agency through business development, referral partnerships, community engagement, marketing, and strategic outreach.
This is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your time out in the community representing the Visiting Angels brand and building relationships that help more families receive exceptional care.

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for growing the business through strategic relationship building and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop new referral partnerships throughout Central Florida
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, home health agencies, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, senior placement agencies, and community organizations
- Visit referral partners regularly and become a trusted local resource
- Represent Visiting Angels at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, educational seminars, and community organizations
- Plan and host Lunch & Learns, educational presentations, and community events
- Develop local marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing partners on social media, digital marketing, website content, SEO, PPC, and advertising initiatives
- Track referral activity and growth using CRM tools
- Analyze market opportunities and recommend new strategies to accelerate agency growth
- Work closely with our leadership team to achieve ambitious growth goals

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

Healthcare experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with proven success in business development, outside sales, relationship management, healthcare sales, senior living, hospice, home health, or community outreach.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, marketing, or relationship management
- Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare preferred
- Strong networking and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
