Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal Care Aide Certification (PCA), Nurse Aide Course Completion Certification (NA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- One year prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current and up-to-date vehicle insurance
- Supportive and compassionate
- Prior experience Assisting with personal care and hygiene, such as showing, bathing, dressing, eating and medication reminders
- Able to plan and prepare meals
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
- Willing to help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, exercise, etc.)
- Assist clients with errands
- Offer activities of daily living that are essential for clients.
- Ability to improve and continuously learn new skills
